ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธนะเศรษฐ์ ง้าวหิรัญพัฒน์ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาระดับหลักสูตร ด้วยเกณฑ์ AUN-QA  โดย ASEAN University Network ครั้งที่ 495 ณ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร วังท่าพระ ในรูปแบบ on site ระหว่างวันที่ 29 – 31 กรกฎาคม 2568  โดยมี Dr. Nguyen Huy Phuc, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, AUN-QA Chief Assessor พร้อมด้วย คณะกรรมการผู้ตรวจประเมินหลักสูตร จำนวน 5 ท่าน จาก 3 ประเทศ ได้แก่ ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย ประเทศมาเลเซีย และประเทศพิลิปปินส์

มีหลักสูตรที่เข้ารับการตรวจประเมิน จำนวน 3 หลักสูตร ดังนี้

1. หลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาโบราณคดี 

2. หลักสูตรปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาศิลปะการออกแบบ (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ)

3. หลักสูตรศิลปบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการออกแบบสื่อสารดิจิทัล (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ)

คณะผู้ตรวจประเมินได้เยี่ยมชมสถานที่ต่าง ๆ ในมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร วังท่าพระ ได้แก่ หอสมุดสาขาวังท่าพระ หอศิลป์ สวนแก้ว ลานกีฬาอเนกประสงค์ โรงอาหาร ห้องฟิตเนส กองบริหารงานวิชาการ SU SERVICE SU SMILE และ สำนักดิจิทัลเทคโนโลยี

Professor Dr. Tanasait Ngawhirunpat, President of Silpakorn University, presided over the Opening Ceremony of the 495th AUN-QA Programme Assessment, organized by the ASEAN University Network, held on-site at Silpakorn University, Wang Tha Phra Campus, from 29 – 31 July 2025.

The assessment was led by Dr. Nguyen Huy Phuc, AUN-QA Chief Assessor from Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, together with a panel of five programme assessors from three countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

The three academic programmes undergoing the assessment are as follows:

1. The Bachelor of Arts Program in Archaeology, from Faculty of Archaeology

2. The Doctor of Philosophy Program in Design Arts (International Program), from Faculty of Decorative Arts

3. The Bachelor of Fine Arts Programme in Digital Communication Design (International Programme), from Silpakorn University International College

During the visit, the assessors toured several key facilities at Silpakorn University, Wang Tha Phra Campus, including Wang Tha Phra Library, the Art Centre, Suan Kaew Garden, the Multi-purpose Sports Ground, the Cafeteria, the Fitness Room, the Division of Academic Administration, SU SERVICE, SU SMILE, and the Bureau of Digital Technology.
